The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) publishes in its newsletter an article about the eyelid surgery technique of Dr. Ricardo Hoogstra.

The article was published in the special report "Global perspectives of Blepharoplasty" that this publication made, with the title "Blepharoplasty without skin resection".
This article talks about the technique developed by Dr. Ricardo Hoogstra according to which skin resection is not necessary for the rejuvenation of the eyelids. And the complementation of this technique with the use of CO2 laser to achieve transformative results.

He Dr. Ricardo Hoogstra will be present on Tuesday, April 12 in the Libertador C Room of the Sheraton Hotel & Convention Center, City of Buenos Aires, at 15.40 pm. in Module II: Facial, exposing the news about Laser-assisted eyelid surgery without leaving scars, specialty of which is a benchmark in the country and abroad.

This Congress will be preceded, on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, by the III International Symposium of ISAPS that is held in Argentina and is free for all those registered to the Congress.

Likewise, on Friday April 15, Dr. Ricardo Hoogstra will participate in the Discussion and Consensus Table with the Laser Topic, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., in the Liberating Room B.
